In Epika Jeżyce the facade will be split into two separate parts. There will also be two separate entrances and staircases. Each entrance hall will match the facade in terms of color. The designers chose beige and green for the project. The matte surfaces in the entrance hall contrast nicely with the shine of the mailboxes, additionally accentuated by the lighting.
The color palette is consistent, but not monotonous thanks to the combination of different shades. Matte walls create a polished, modern look. Due to the addition of warm earth tones the minimalist design becomes cosier.
